From CBOE:

Proposes to harmonize its rules prohibiting the misuse of material, non-public information among its three classes of market makers.
Advises PAR users of an enhancement being loaded the week of February 8, 2016.
From DTC:

Announces several enhancements to its corporate actions product to be deployed on the evening of February 18, 2016.
Delays until further notice the retirement of the Participant Settlement Statements and Settling Bank Statements in its PTS and PBS applications.
Updates its participants with the list of CCF files to be retired and the elimination of certain content within other CCF files effective on January 1, 2017.
