- Proposes rule change to enhance current price protection mechanisms and risk controls to further prevent disruptive trading.

- Files rule change to adjust the Options Regulatory Fee effective August 1, 2016.
- Updates it Service Agreement effective 120 days from the date of the notice.
- In coordination with other exchanges, will modify the manner in which the initial LULD Reference Price of the trading day in determined in cases where a security does not trade in the opening auction on the primary exchange.
- Announces it will offer three Saturday testing opportunities in September and October in anticipation of the Tick Size Pilot.

- Fines Citigroup $7 million for inaccurate and incomplete Electronic Blue Sheet reporting.
- Proposes amendments to Rules 600 and 606 of Reg NMS to require broker-dealers to make additional disclosures to customers related to the routing of their orders.
- Adopts new Rule 901(a)(1) of Regulation SBSR to require an SEC-registered platform to report a security-based swap executed on that platform that will be submitted to clearing.
