From Chicago Board Options Exchange:

  • Proposes to allow closing transactions represented in the compression forum to be executed against opening transactions.
  • Issues notice restating its rules, interpretations and policies related to prearranged trades.
  • Publishes list of option classes to be removed and added as part of the Penny Pilot program on July 5, 2017.
  • Announces indefinite postponement of its Velocity Related Risk controls originally scheduled for implementation on June 26, 2017.

From FINRA:

  • Proposes to amend its Rule 7730 to make available a new TRACE Security Activity Report.
  • Files temporary rule change to allow members to report transaction in U.S. Treasury securities executed within discrete ATS trading session on an aggregate basis rather than an individual basis.
