From the Consolidated Audit Trail:

  • CAT announces a webcast to discuss current progress to be held at 4:15PM ET on September 7, 2017.
  • Several updates to the FAQs for CAT have been posted.

From Chicago Board Options Exchange:

  • Posts that it will change the daily closing time for options on certain ETPs from 3:00 PM CT to 3:15 PM CT.
  • Announces upcoming symbology changes effective September 21, 2017.
  • Amends its rule filing related to the retirement of certain regulatory reporting systems upon the maturity of the Consolidated Audit Trail.
  • Proposes the adoption of procedures designed to provide a more objective and uniform way to determine a Theoretical Price in the event a reliable NBBO is not available in the adjustment and nullification o erroneous option transactions.
  • Updates its members on the efforts to build a Consolidated Audit Trail.

  • Announces OMB approval for an 18-month delay and requests comments on the delay of the applicability date for the Best Interest Contract and Principal Trading exemptions to its Conflicts of Interest rule.

  • Announces SEC approval of a rule change adopting a Clearing Agency Model Risk Management Framework that describes its existing risk management practices.
  • Proposes (with FICC and NSCC) to adopt a Framework addressing its valuation practices related to securities eligible for clearance and settlement and eligible securities each CCP holds in their clearing fund deposits.

From FinCEN:
